Chronic wounds often require surgical treatment; in many cases surgery, especially dermo-epidermal implantation, is not as decisive as it should be; Advanced treatments are often required to complete the healing process and this carries a high risk of infection. In this case, further surgical treatment is very common. The aim of this work is to demonstrate that it is possible to avoid new surgeries without risk and in a short time, even in critical situations.
