Privacy Policy and Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 20 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), in accordance with the principle of transparency, the following information is provided to inform users of the characteristics and methods of data processing.
This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published on the site but refer to external resources of the www.erbagil.com domain.

The information systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response, and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.

Purpose of the processing

The processing of personal data requested from the interested party, both in the pre-contractual and contractual phases, will be processed for purposes strictly related and instrumental to managing customer relations for the execution of the relationship as well as fulfilling legal, fiscal, regulatory, and regulatory obligations.

The legal basis for the processing is the sales contract for Erbagil Srl products.
The processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the data controller and is carried out to guarantee the contractual obligations entered into between the parties (sales contract).

Complaint

Please be informed that the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority and can contact the Data Protection Authority to report a violation of the personal data protection regulations.
