The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card or bank transfer.
The platforms used by Erbagil are the following:
Gestpay:
Purchasing by credit card or MyBank transfer on www.denunziosalumi.it is secure: Erbagil relies on Gestpay, the online payment system of the Banca Sella group. This system prioritizes transaction security, providing customers with peace of mind regarding the processing of data shared online. Credit card information is entered exclusively on Banca Sella's secure server, which uses the SSL3 security protocol with 128-bit encryption (the highest security standard currently available with server-side certification) and is immediately transmitted to international authorized circuits. Payment by credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Hype)
To pay for your order by credit card, select gestpay as your payment method.
By confirming your order, you will be directed to the Banca Sella payment page. The payment page will contain the transaction amount in a specific form, while you will be responsible for entering your credit card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and email address.
Payment via PayPal:
For goods purchased using PayPal, PayPal will immediately charge the amount of the purchase upon completion of the online transaction. If the order is cancelled, either by the Customer or if we reject the order, the amount for the cancelled goods will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account upon cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to the chosen payment method within the PayPal account depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the refund has been credited to the PayPal account, the company cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages caused by delays in the refund attributable to PayPal or the banking system. We reserve the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g., landline phone number) to establish ownership of the PayPal account. In the absence of the required documentation, the Owner reserves the right to refuse the order. At no point during the purchase process are we able to access the buyer's credit card information or other payment methods selected within the PayPal wallet. Therefore, under no circumstances can the Owner be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on our site.
Payment via Fast Bank Transfer (MYBANK)
MyBank is an electronic authorization solution that allows consumers to securely make online payments and digital identity authentication using their bank's online banking service or a smartphone or tablet app. MyBank creates a direct online connection between the customer's bank account and the merchant's bank, eliminating the need to request and store personal information. The customer's digital identity and sensitive data are always protected. Instant payment authorization reduces the risk of fraud and chargebacks. To pay for your order via MyBank, select gestpay as your payment method. You will be redirected to the Banca Sella payment page:
1. Select MyBank as your payment method and enter your bank's name. You will be automatically redirected to your online banking service.
2. Enter your usual online banking login details. Your payment details will be displayed for further verification.
3. Authorize the transaction. Within seconds, you and the seller will receive confirmation of the payment.

Payment by advance bank transfer (longer shipping times)
If paying by advance bank transfer, your order will be held until the payment is received. Your order will be shipped only once the payment has been credited to our bank account. (This usually takes 3 to 5 business days.)
Payment on Delivery:
This payment method is only available for shipments within Italy and only for orders up to €150.00. Payment will be made upon receipt of the Products and can only be made in cash. For cash-on-delivery shipments, the Customer is required to pay a €3.00 shipping fee.
