OZOILE®

Enhances nature and defends it

What is Ozoile®

Ozoile® Stable ozonides is a pool of molecules obtained through a patented process by reaction of a defined oxygen-ozone mixture with the olefinic bonds of the fatty acids of organic olive oil +OIL® from Erbagil Estate. The process leads to the formation of Stable ozonides.

The effectiveness of Ozoile®

Ozoile®, is the non-fungible active ingredient, patented by Erbagil Research & Development. It is a Biological Inducer obtained from a patented green technology process, in which Ozone binds to oleic acid forming Stable Ozonides, that Erbagil has stabilized in the products of their reaction.

Ozoile®: how it was born

Ozoile is made in the Erbagil Research & Development laboratories. First of all, pure oxygen is conveyed into an ozonating machine, which transforms oxygen into an oxygen-ozone mixture of different concentrations which, when bubbled in a reactor with the matrix to be ozonated, produces Stable Ozonides in the products of their reaction. The matrix to be ozonated is composed of organic extra virgin olive oil (+ OIL®) with an action enhanced by 300%, compared to common oils, locally produced by the Sannio Ortolana and Racioppella Cultivars. The whole process that leads to the production of Ozoile takes place at controlled temperature and pressure.

Ozoile®: how it acts

Ozoile® is an active ingredient and a biological inducer, which through redox reactions and activation of signal functions, regulates the main metabolic pathways, stimulates the endogenous defense system and through the regulation of gene transcription, promotes rapid tissue regeneration and repair of skin lesions. Ozoile® is also a powerful inducer that brings oxygen to tissues and acts as an anti-inflammatory and microbicide.

Ozoile: microbicidal action

Ozoile® is a powerful broad-spectrum microbicide due to its high affinity for the lipoprotein components of the bacterial and fungal wall and for the oxidizing action of bioperoxides. In vitro tests conducted by the University of Pavia, demonstrate the ability of Ozoile® to inhibit the bacterial and fungal growth.

Worldwide clinical evaluations such as the Clinical Trial conducted at the Vulnology Clinic for the Treatment of Complex Wounds and Diabetic Foot of the United Hospitals of Valdichiana Senese, demonstrate that Ozoile is able to act on infected skin lesions and quickly eliminate polymicrobial infections, detected by swab within 15 days of treatment

Ozoile: anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating action

Ozoile is a powerful anti-inflammatory because it inhibits COX-2 and blocks the production of Prostaglandins, modulates the transcription of cytokines. A clinical study in collaboration between the University of Naples, Federico II and the G.Rummo Hospital of Benevento, conducted on 180 randomized and open-label controlled patients regarding chronic joint inflammatory problems, such as shoulder osteoarthritis, has shown that Ozoile as topical anti-inflammatory is not only superior to NSAIDs whose prolonged use is contraindicated unlike Ozoile, but also that Ozoile as a Biological Inducer, unlike topical NSAIDs that act on pain, improves mobility and muscle-joint-tendon function, greatly facilitating the performance and carrying out of daily life activities.

Two international publications by the University of Messina report the biological and biomolecular mechanisms through which Ozoile exerts its Biological Inducer action capable of counteracting hypoxia, stopping inflammation and activating tissue regeneration. The research work among other things compares the action of Ozoile with a topical cortisone, highlighting very interesting results. Ozoile has an anti-inflammatory action that is easily comparable to that of cortisone, which however, unlike Ozoile, does not stimulate the endogenous antioxidant system, rather it inhibits it and does not have the same ability as Ozoile to activate tissue repair.

Ozoile is a powerful anti-inflammatory because it regulates the transcription of cytokines involved in the inflammatory process.

Ozoile reduces proinflammatory cytokines and increases anti-inflammatory cytokines. The intensity of the anti-inflammatory action is similar to cortisone but without contraindications

It is known that in tissues with chronic inflammation there are high and prolonged levels of expression of TG2 and NOS2 over time, which cause the death of keratinocytes and more generally of cells. Applications of Ozoile drastically reduce the levels of these two enzymes by stopping tissue damage.

In patients treated with Ozoile, the expression of TG2 and NOS2, responsible for tissue degeneration, drastically decreases

Ozoile: antioxidant action

Inflammation, aging and lesions are associated in the tissue by a strong increase in free radicals, which inevitably lead to cell damage. Ozoile counteracts oxidative stress because it is able to activate antioxidant enzymes such as SOD2, which neutralizes toxic superoxide in the mitochondria and releases oxygen with a preventive and repair action against damage from reactive chemical species.

In patients treated with Ozoile, unlike patients treated with cortisone, SOD2 is activated which counteracts oxidative stress

Ozoile: repairs and regenerates cells and tissues

Ozoile is a powerful cell and tissue repairer. To repair and regenerate a tissue, in addition to eliminating infection, acting on inflammation, stopping the degenerative processes in progress, it is necessary:

o Counteract hypoxia and oxygenate the tissue

o Increase its vascularity

o Activate growth factors

o Guide the cells towards proper healing and re-epithelialization

Ozoile is a complete Biological Inducer because as reported in the scientific publications mentioned above, it intervenes in all these phases. Ozoile releases immediately available oxygen, activates HIF-1α, a resistance factor to hypoxia and promotes the synthesis of new blood vessels linked to the activation of VEGF.

In patients treated with Ozoile, in blue, the HIF-1α factor is activated which induces responses to oxygen deficiency

In patients treated with Ozoile®, in blue, the VEGF factor is activated which promotes the formation of new blood vessels

Ozoile modulates growth factors involved in the production of specialized cells and their components.

Among these, E-cadherin, a protein that crosses cell membranes, connects the cells of newly formed tissues to each other and arranges them correctly side by side, guiding them towards proper tissue repair and re-epithelialization

Ozoile® enhances Nature and defends it. The ability to release oxygen and counteract hypoxia, the microbicidal, anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating action, the ability to constrast oxidative stress and activate tissue regeneration and repair, make Ozoile an unparalleled Biological Inducer.
